ANN ARBOR, MI -- Melissa Muirhead says she was the first person inside her building to see the flames of the Memorial Day fire that destroyed her duplex and the one next door in the 800 block of North Maple Road.
She spotted a fire growing on her back fence when she shouted the only words she could muster to her roommate: "Lisa, Fire! Call 9-1-1!"
